Ordering Policies

These policies help us provide the best quality cakes and ensure every order receives the time and attention it deserves.
Orders & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received
• Full balance is due 3 days before pickup or delivery
Lead Time
• Custom cakes require 7 days notice
• Large orders require 2 weeks notice
• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and include a rush fee
Design & Changes
• Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed
• All changes must be made 5 days before pickup
• Last-minute changes may not be possible
Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders canceled within 72 hours are not eligible for refunds
• No refunds once production has begun
Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup times must be scheduled
• Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be forfeited
• Delivery fees are non-refundable

Sweet Fix is not an allergen-free kitchen.
We cannot guarantee products are free from nuts, gluten, or dairy.
